Mock Trial wins 2nd virtual competition

The CEHS Mock Trial team continued its winning streak by defeating Lewiston high school this past weekend.  To date, the Cape team has defeated Searsport, Kennebunk and Lewiston.

This year's case involves a texting and speeding incident which leads to a charge of manslaughter against the operator- one of the occupants of the vehicle is thrown as it crashes and dies of the injuries sustained.

The competitions are all virtual this year due to Covid, but the preparation and hard work remains the same.

The state championship will be December 1st against Freeport High School.  Good luck Cape Mock Trial team!
