Modified Schedule on SAT Day, April 9

On Tuesday, April 9,  high-school juniors across the state will be taking the SAT. Juniors, this means a normal morning start time for you.
On SAT day, students in grades 9, 10, and 12 will begin school at 12:30. We will have a late bus-style run on on April 9 to bring students in those grades to school in time for the first class. To be sure you are picked up at the late bus stop closest to your home, you should be at the bus stop by 11:50.
Juniors, you will finish your SAT exam between 12:30 and 1:00. When the testing time is over, you may leave school. In other words, you are not expected to attend the afternoon classes.
Junior parents and students, these are state mandated exams. There is no ability to opt out of the exams. If students miss either of these exams, we are obligated to make sure they make it up, which will mean missed class time.
The schedule of classes for our shortened afternoon is:
Period 2     12:30-1:05
Period 5     1:10-1:45
Period 4     1:50-2:25
